Hi, my name is Ana Diez and I am a licensed realtor with 8+ years of residential and commercial sales experience.
I am currently a real estate agent for Weichert Realtors, Capella Estates, formally known as Weichert Realtors, Best Beach.
I am a bilingual expert in planning and integrating new customers and prospective clients, increasing customer satisfaction and repeat clientele by 10%.
I prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, as well as accompanying buyers during visits to and inspections of properties.
I advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers, increasing average selling prices by 20% from initial appraisals.
In 2018, I became the team leader to my own subgroup known as Diez Fonseca Group with my realtor associate, mentor, and friend, Rosalinda Fonseca, where we were recognized as the number one units buying side, as well as the number one most rental GCI and Units at the annual Weichert Realtors awards.
I close an average of of 30 transactions every year, as well as attending seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques.
